It's a cute little place tucked round the corner from a magnificently stocked Blacks shop and next door to a beautiful Pitlochry and a delicious Chinese restaurant.
(There that should keep the neighbours happy if they read this).
Our business Winwood Outdoor is both a shop and, as you can see, a website. It is also a family business.
Our 3 year old daughter works the till, our 7 year old daughter monitors stock levels and web orders while my wife and I sit at home and eat cake and watch telly. I think I had a dream like that once... then I woke up and found that, in fact, the scenario was exactly opposite to this.
Our shop is open 7 days a week.
Outdoor shop opening hours are:
April - December: 9.30 am - 5.30 pm

Running along the top are the icons of our main suppliers eg Montane, Craghoppers, Helly Hansen etc. Click on one of these will take you to all the products by that supplier.
Down the left hand side is a list of products by manufacture and type eg Columbia Jackets or Lafuma Trousers.
The Orange colour coding is for equipment and unisex clothing.
The Red is for women's clothing
The Green is for men's clothing

| Making a purchase in the shopWalk through the door, try some outdoor garment on in our luxurious changing rooms then take the item to our incredible efficient and brainy sales assistants and pay for it. Isn't life great when it's simple. | Making a Purchase OnlineThere's more words but don't worry it's still just as simple as our offline outdoor shop. Just browse our online shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' at the top right hand side of the screen and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept most credit card payment and paypal payments. If you are shopping outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency at the current exchange rate
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Maestro using Protx, a secure online payment system. You can also send your credit card information via phone, mail or over the Internet using the Offline Payment option.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. If we are out of stock of an item, we will inform you within 24 hours.
The only downside to this, is that you don't get to talk to our efficient and brainy assistants | Refunds PolicyAll goods purchased online can be returned to our shop within 14 days. Please include the purchase receipt when you return the goods. | PostageAll orders are posted first class
If your item is in stock and your order received before 3.00pm will be try to posted the same day. First class post should normally be delivered next day but can sometimes take up to 3 days.
International orders are generally received in under 7 days.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
